Founded in 2014 by social entrepreneurs, RedEverywhere is a creative youth work and education consultancy. As one of the leading collectives of creative consultants, we embarked on a journey fuelled by innovation, collaboration, and a deep commitment to social impact. From the outset, we set out to challenge conventional thinking and pioneer new approaches to education and enterprise.

Despite the challenges they encounter, we firmly believe that every young person deserves access to high-quality education and comprehensive personal and social development opportunities. That's why, at RedEverywhere, we are dedicated to empowering young people who are at risk of exclusion by providing them with the very best in alternative education and holistic support.
The statistics speak volumes: only 4% of excluded children pass their English and maths GCSEs, a stark contrast to the 64% national average for state schools. Shockingly, just half of excluded youths maintain training, employment, or further education six months after leaving school. Moreover, the correlation between exclusion and future involvement in crime is undeniable, with half of adult prisoners having been excluded during their school years. Furthermore, young people involved in gangs are six times more likely to have faced exclusion, as highlighted by assessments conducted by children’s services.
Behind these statistics lies a staggering economic burden. Our PROJECTS
Secondary Alternative Education PROVISION
Our Secondary Alternative Education provision provides young people aged 11 to 18 who are finding learning and development difficult at secondary school .
Our learning HUBS focuses on academic and personal social development supported by a therapeutic and relational pedagogy.
Our blended curriculum aims to enables young people to progress and succeed in sustained education or employment.
We do this through high quality teaching and learning based on effective relationships that enable the achievement of life skills and meaningful qualifications.
Our current delivery location are Scunthorpe , Doncaster and Sheffield .
Our Scunthorpe Learning HUB is based at Appleby Frodingham Sports Complex in the heart of Scunthorpe, in Doncaster we are based in Iconic and Former Doncaster Fashion College on Church View again in the heart of the City. Our Sheffield site in again in the heart of the City of Sheffield will be opening in September 2024.
All our provisions provide an immersive package of alternative learning and development for KS3 & KS4 pupils. We are also able to provide urgent placements, at our all our Learning Hub.
Our curriculum approach provides a blended learning offer designed to enable young people to re-engage in or return to mainstream school or an alternative where appropriate, with outreach support.

Tailored for young people aged 13+, our 6-week blended learning initiative combines innovative digital tools with experiential learning. Designed for small cohorts of up to 15 targeted students identified as potentially at risk, the Th:ink Ahead programme aligns with the Department for Education’s Statutory Guidance on Keeping Children Safe in Education, ensuring a safe and enriching educational experience.
Workshop Delivery Details
Think Ahead workshops can be bespoke intervention and delivered at least one weekly session over six weeks to ensure full delivery of the subject and intervention. With each session lasting approximately 90 minutes, prices start from £500 + VAT per session.
With Th:ink Ahead, students embark on a journey of immersive and impactful learning, empowering them to navigate real-world challenges and make informed decisions.
We also provide CPD training for teachers, youth workers , social workers and the childrens workforce.

Success ACCELERATOR
Success Accelerator is our Employability Programme which uses creative arts which has been developed to inspire, motivate and support young people gain the skills and develop the confidence to return and secure work through using the combination of retail and the world of arts, crafts, design and social enterprise.
